1. Introduction
Welcome to Synchora (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of: Synchora website, TimePulse Chrome Extension, and MxSync messaging tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Overview
Synchora provides AI-powered tools designed to improve professional communication and engagement: TimePulse (LinkedIn activity analysis and timing insights) and MxSync (AI-based messaging and response optimization). These services are intended for informational and productivity purposes only.
3. Eligibility
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using any of Company, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.
4. Account & Access
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
5. Use of Services
You agree to use Synchora only for lawful purposes. You must NOT: Violate any laws or regulations, misuse AI-generated content, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with platform functionality.
6. Third-Party Platforms (Important)
Synchora interacts with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. You are responsible for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms and we do not guarantee compliance with platform policies.
7. Error Reporting and Feedback
You may provide us with feedback regarding errors, suggestions, improvements, ideas, or other issues related to the Services (“Feedback”) by contacting us at [your email]. By submitting Feedback, you agree that such information is provided voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation or confidentiality.
You acknowledge and agree that you do not retain any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Feedback once submitted, and that Synchora may use such Feedback for any purpose, including improving, modifying, or developing its Services. Synchora may already be working on similar ideas and is under no obligation to implement or respond to your Feedback.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant Synchora a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such Feedback in any manner without restriction.
8. No Automated Actions
Synchora DOES NOT send messages automatically and DOES NOT perform actions without user initiation. All actions require manual user approval.
9. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)
Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Payments are billed in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. We reserve the right to modify pricing or refuse orders in case of misuse or fraud.
SynchorA, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
SynchorA will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
10. Free Trials
Free trials may be offered for a limited time. After trial ends, billing may begin automatically unless canceled.
11. Refund Policy
We issue refunds for Contracts within thirty (30) days of the original purchase of the Contract. To obtain such refund, you can contact us by email at synchora.in@gmail.com or through the chat widget within the application.
12. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We minimize data collection, do not sell user data, and use third-party tools for analytics and AI processing.
13. Intellectual Property
All Synchora content, branding, and technology are owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.
14. User Content
Our Service allows you to input, create, generate, store, and otherwise make available certain information, text, messages, insights, or other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for any Content you input, generate, or use through the Service, including its legality, accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that the Content you provide or use is either owned by you or that you have the necessary rights to use it and to grant the permissions required under these Terms. You further agree that your use of such Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to privacy rights, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users found to be in violation of these requirements.
You retain full ownership of any Content you submit, input, or generate using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant Synchora a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process, display, and use such Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the functionality of the Service. This license does not grant us the right to sell or commercially exploit your Content outside the scope of providing the Service.
Synchora offers AI-powered features, including those within MxSync, which generate suggested messages, responses, and communication content. You acknowledge that such AI-generated Content is automated and probabilistic in nature and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the suitability of any AI-generated Content before using or sharing it.
Synchora does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any AI-generated Content and shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from its use, including any violations of third-party rights or applicable laws. In certain cases, AI-generated outputs may be perceived as inappropriate or unintended, and you agree that the use of such Content is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Synchora does not actively monitor all Content generated or used through the Service and is under no obligation to do so. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, restrict, or remove Content that is found to violate these Terms or applicable laws.
By using the Service, you agree not to generate, distribute, or use Content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or in violation of any third-party rights.
15. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT: Use automation in violation of platform rules, create fake profiles or impersonate others, use the service for spam or harmful communication, or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
16. Service Availability
We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free performance. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synchora shall NOT be liable for: Loss of data, business losses, platform restrictions (e.g., LinkedIn actions), or outcomes from using AI-generated content.
18. Disclaimer
The services provided by Synchora, including TimePulse and MxSync (the “Services”), are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. By using the Services, you agree that your use is at your sole risk.
Synchora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of the Services or any content generated through them. This includes insights from TimePulse and AI-generated outputs from MxSync.
AI-generated content is automated and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use such content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synchora disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or misuse is detected.
20. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
(a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
(b) For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
(c) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
(d) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity. The creation or use of fake profiles, misrepresentation of your identity, or impersonation of others is strictly prohibited.
(e) In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity. (f) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
(g) In any way that infringes on LinkedIn’s Terms of Service (available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement). Should you infringe on LinkedIn’s Terms of Service by using Synchora, you will be solely responsible should your LinkedIn account be subject to any action undertaken by LinkedIn. We also reserve the right to close your Synchora account if we recognize such prohibited activity, in order to preserve the security of other users.
Additionally, you agree not to:
(a) Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
(b) Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
(c) Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
(d) Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
(e) Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
(f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
(g) Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
(h) Take any action that may damage or falsify the Company’s reputation or rating.
(i) Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
(j) Create, use, or facilitate the creation or use of fake profiles or accounts on Taplio or any third-party platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn. All users must use their real identities and provide accurate information.
(k) Engage in any activity that violates the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms used in connection with the Service, including but not limited to LinkedIn’s User Agreement and API Terms of Use.
(l) Use the Service to automate actions on third-party platforms in a manner that is unauthorized or violates those platforms’ policies, including automated messaging, liking, commenting, or other forms of engagement that are not permitted.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
